I did notice a white line misprint and some moisture staining at one end of the fabric

all tied together with a blue and gold toned ribbon

Colleen was produced between 1968 and 2018, but the Gothic script mark on the underside, without the seahorse, dates the decanter to prior to the year 2000. This decanter has the plain bottom, not the star cut bottom. It measures 13 1 4 in height and is in very good condition there is a tiny rough spot or fleabite along one of the edges
