Domaine Bellene, Beaune Greves Rouge other_regions restrained and sophisticatedA background whisper of wood sets off distinctly reduced aromas and its not clear that even extended aeration is going to completely dissipate them. Otherwise there is excellent volume and mid palate density supporting the discreetly mineral inflected flavors that exhibit a noticeably dry but not really bitter finish where the wood reemerges. As the description suggests this is pretty awkward and its hard to see time fixing the shortcomings. I would
